📦 Shipping of the Mystery Christmas Box by Plaza M (ordered online)

The box will be delivered via Sameday courier service throughout Romania. For international orders, delivery will be made via Romanian postal services.

Sameday will notify the customer via email and SMS about the date and location of pickup.

The organizer is not responsible for any damages caused by the courier.

If the recipient does not pick up the package within the specified delivery window, it will be returned to the organizer.

Reshipment will take place in February 2025, and the customer will need to pay the shipping fee upon delivery, as the initial delivery was missed.

📦 Shipping of Mystery Christmas Box by Plaza M prizes

Prizes will be delivered via Sameday courier service throughout Romania. For international deliveries, Romanian postal services will be used.

Sameday will notify the recipient via email and SMS regarding the delivery location and time.

The organizer does not take responsibility for any damages caused by the courier service.

If the recipient does not collect the package within the courier’s indicated time frame, it will be returned to the organizer.

Reshipment will take place in February 2025, and the customer will need to pay the shipping cost upon receiving the package.
